I made banana nut bread today, for the first time ever. I used a recipe from 101 Cookbooks (this one, using Cointreau-soaked raisins instead of rum, and regular milk instead of coconut milk (it’s really hard to find good coconut milk here, I weep), and walnuts instead of pumpkin seeds. My grandparents both seemed kinda dubious about it, but so far, they seem to like it.
